Changing shape
Magnetically induced shape-memory effect of a polyetherurethane with embedded magnetic nanoparticles. Within 24 seconds the temporary fixed shape (rod) recovers into the original shape (spiral) inside the magnetic field of an inductor ring. Credit GKSS 2006.
