Nano-enhanced Textiles

This workshop highlights some key developments in embedded electronics, ‘Smart’ materials and surface coatings technologies which enable interactivity and protection from moisture, shock and wear and tear.

This event is the second Nano4Design event following the highly successful launch event Nano4Sport in September 2011. It aims to bring together product and fashion designers with nanotechnology companies to exchange information, raise awareness of consumer and market needs, and to flag up new technological developments.
