A five-week online course on the essential physics of modern MOSFETs taught by Purdue University Professor Mark Lundstrom. The course aims to be broadly accessible (even to people without a background in transistors) but also to go beyond textbook treatments and show that one can easily understand and model in a very physical way sub-100 nm MOSFETs. Of interest to transistor technology developers, materials scientists, physicists, and circuit designers who are pushing the state of the art.
