Polarizer holders are available for rotating either one or two polarizers.
Polarizer holders are available for rotating either one or two polarizers. The precision single-polarizer holder mounts from 12.5-to 12.7-mm (0.5-inch) polarizers up to 8 mm in thickness. The double polarizer holder allows rotation of one polarizer relative to another and mounts from 12.5- to 12.7-mm (0.5-inch) polarizers up to 5.5 mm in thickness. A 10.6-mm-diameter recess is provided in both for centering 10-mm-diameter retardation plates. The polarizers are held in place by a retaining ring.
