The 8mm OEM micro motor is a true ceramic linear motor actuator based on the ultrasonic piezo effect
* only 4 parts: Ceramic Stator, 2 ceramic sliders, carriage
* faster, & smaller than motor/lead screw systems or voice coil motors
* fast: 200 mm/sec (8"/sec)
* auto-locking: no energy at rest
* ideal for battery powered applications
