The universal multiplexer is a high-capacity terminal dwdm solution that inter-operates with the wave ready dwdm modular fixed optical add/drop multiplexers. By providing access to 32 100GHz spaced channels this multiplexer maximizes the capacity of the C-band range. Related accessories and fiber optic cable available include fc multimode simplex and mu multimode simplex. the universal multiplexer is compliant to ITU-T G694.1, GR-1221 and 1209. It is used in terminal mux/demux applications and supports high-capacity optical transmission systems.
