CNM “Taunit” is one-dimensional nanoscale thread-like establishment polycrystalline graphite in the form of black dry powder. CNM granules in micrometric size have the structure of tangled bundles of multi-walled nanotubes (MWNT). We offer three types of MWNT: Taunit (1); Taunit-M (2); Taunit-MD (3). Parameters:
External diameter: 20-70 nm (1); 30-80 nm (2); 8-15 nm (3).
Internal diameter: 5-10 nm (1); 10-20 nm (2); 5-8 nm (3).
Length: 2 and more mkm (1); 20 and more mkm (2); 2 and more mkm (3).
Total amount of impurity (%) (after purification): Up to 5 (up to 1).
Bulk density: 0,4-0,6 g/sm3 (1); 0,03-0,05 g/sm3 (2); 0,03-0,05 g/sm3 (3).
Thermal stability in air: Up to 600 (оС)
