SOLVER Next is automated scanning probe microscope (SPM), the first "en suite" dual head AFM/STM with environmental control and expanded communications protocols based on integrated MAC/PC technology.

Unique feature of SOLVER NEXT - automated change between AFM and STM. The same feature allows to offer simple, electronic changeover from large scan area (up to 100 um) to atomic resolution.
