The Insplorion X1 instrument provides the opportunity to study processes in/on nanomaterials and thin films in situ and in real-time under practically relevant temperature and pressure conditions.
Insplorion's product offer consists of a research instrument including the optical and electrical components as well as temperature controlled measurement chamber required for successful INPS experiments in controlled gas environment. Furthermore INPS sensor chips with three different standard surface chemistries and advanced software (Insplorer®) for control and real-time analysis of spectroscopic data are available.
