The SPS-2600-PLUS automated probe station, designed for wafer-level testing for low and medium volume production, is the most cost effective fully automated probing solution on the market. With up to 6-inch wafer capabilities, DC or RF probes and optional thermal chuck, sub-micron positioning accuracy and variety of shielding options our probe stations can be used for the wide range of applications, such as failure analysis, reliability testing, IV/CV testing and general characterization to name a few . Our automated probers use MicroXact’s probing control software which combines state-of-the-art functionality with ease of programming and use. If equipped with laser or ultrasonic cutter, the probe station can be used for wafer machining as well.
