The CN5000 is a highly affordable SPM capable of producing publication-ready data in minutes, and can be used to perform AFM and STM measurements in air and in liquid.
The CN5000 Scanning Probe Microscope is an entry-level yet highly capable microscope system integrating the ability to perform AFM & STM. The AFM can operate in contact mode, dynamic mode and in air or liquid. We have developed this microscope keeping in mind that many of today's users have a budget below £20k, but require the ability to obtain high-quality, publication-ready data using the most common measurement and imaging modes.
There are a wide range of accessories available for the microscope, including different scanners (2 micron scanner for high resolution work and a 20 micron scanner for large-area imaging). The scanners are easily interchangeable.
The microscope comes complete with passive vibration isolation, and an optical viewing system can be supplied.
