The SGMII SFP transceiver is uassily applied in connection Gigabit Ethernet To Fast Ethernet,switch to switch interface and switched backplane aplications. The SGMII SFP transceiver meets SFP MSA and SFF-8472 with duplex LC receptacle,and it applied metal enclosure for lower EMI to improve the performance. The transmitter center wavelength can be 850nm,1310nm and the data rate get to 125Mbps. With soft TX_FAULT monitor,soft RX_LOS monitor and soft TX_Disable control and monitor,the SGMII SFP transceiver works better. The operating temperature gets from 0℃ upto +70 ℃.
