Fluorescent CdSe-based semiconductor nanocrystals covering the visible range from 500 to 625 nm in emission. Soluble in nonpolar solvents they feature a high quantumyield and small size distribution.
The nanoparticles within our CANdots range were especially developed to fulfill the needs even of challenging applications. All of our particles are stabilized with ligands on their surface to achieve a long time stability of these dispersions and to prevent agglomeration.
Possible modification to the structure as well as the shape of our fluorescent nanocrystals helps to increase their quantum efficiency as well as the stability. Different structures are feasible: core only, coverage with up to two inorganic shells as well as an elongated structure.
