The 13-th Russian Youth Conference on Physics of Semiconductors and Nanostructures, Opto- and Nanoelectronics will be held on 21 – 25 November 2011 in St. Petersburg (Russia).
Students and postgraduate students from all over the Russia are invited to participate in the Conference. There is no organizing fee. Moreover, the authors of the best presentations will be awarded by special prizes. The scope of the conference: bulk properties of semiconductors; structure growth, surface and interfaces; heterostructures, superlattices, quantum wells; quantum wires, quantum dots and other low-dimensional systems; impurities and defects; optoelectronics and nanoelectronics devices; novel materials.
