Susan Curtis
Managing Editor
Susan has edited and published a number of leading scientific magazines and websites since joining IOP Publishing in 1994. She has a degree in physics from the University of Surrey and post-graduate research experience with BP.
Alex Wotherspoon
Publisher
Alex is publisher of Nanotechweb.org and its sister journal Nanotechnology. Before joining IOP he worked on a Post Doctoral research project within the Nanoscience group at Bristol University. He has an MSc and BSc form the University of York.
James Tyrrell
Editor
James is editor of nanotechweb.org. Previously, he was news editor of Optics & Laser Europe magazine and a regular contributor to optics.org. Before joining IOP Publishing, James spent 10 years working for leading research and industry laboratories in the UK, Australia and Germany. He has a BEng and a PhD from the University of Surrey, UK
Edward Jost
Advertising Manager
Edward has been working at IOP Publishing for more than seven years. He is responsible for advertising sales and business development on nanotechweb.org and the journal Nanotechnology across all sales territories. He has a degree in politics from the University of the West of England.
Gemma Down
Marketing Executive
Gemma is responsible for the planning and coordination of all marketing activities for nanotechweb.org and many other titles at IOP Publishing.
Louise Unwin
Production Editor
Louise has been a production editor at IOP Publishing for four years, and joined the nanotechweb team in 2007. In addition to her contributions to the website Louise also works for numerous magazines and newsletters at IOP Publishing. Prior to joining the company she gained a BSC in Zoology from Bristol University, UK.
Stephen Jones
Sales Administrator
Steve joined the Nanotechweb team 3 months ago and assists with administrative sales support for the website. Prior to joining IOP Publishing he worked as a business advisor.
